ECI has completed a wide variety of HDD projects in the US, Canada, Thailand, Malaysia and Japan. Our newest partnership is with Environmental Crossings of Puerto Rico, S.P. in San Juan, Puerto Rico. All of our field managers/superintendents have 10 years or more of drilling experience and have excellent working knowledge of HDD and the associated tools and equipment used in the industry. Listed below is a brief resume of our management personnel. A detailed listing of our completed HDD projects is available upon request.
Philip R.
Andrus Mr. Andrus is responsible for the overall operational and financial aspects of the company. He has been involved with ECI since 1993 and is credited with the assembly of the current management team. Philip, with active involvement of the management team, has successfully directed the company through several phases of growth. Philip has managed a wide array of field operations in domestic and foreign environments for more than 20 years. Bruce
Brasher Mr. Brasher is responsible for the operations and sales of the company. He has been involved with the company since 1994 and has been very instrumental with the recent operational and financial success of ECI. Bruce is able to draw upon his vast array of drilling experience. Bruce has worked in the drilling industry more than 30 years, working Internationally and in the U.S., giving him the insight to carefully plan and estimate virtually any type of project requiring Horizontal Directional Drilling. He has regularly been able to provide our clients with a method or proposal for drilling that resulted in a more cost effective project design. Bruce's experience includes direct responsibility of four separate drilling rigs and crews, as well as union and non-union personnel supervisor. Further, he has managed and developed drilling programs and provided on-site trouble shooting on literally every type of HDD project participating in more than 250 drills. |

Eric Grost Mr. Grost is responsible for the financial matters of the company. He has been involved with ECI since 1996 and has been actively involved in the company's expansion both domestically and internationally. |

Eric is a Certified Public Accountant with 20 years of experience as a CPA working in the construction industry with a wide variety of audit, tax and management information systems projects. He has been instrumental in arranging ECI's current financial facilities including bank financing, bonding, credit insurance, foreign subsidiaries, foreign sales corporation and international tax optimization. Mr. Grost has also designed and implemented the company's management information systems used to monitor field operations. He is a graduate of Michigan State University with a BA in accounting. |

Steve
Meaders Steve has
worked in the horizontal directional drilling industry for nearly 30
years. He has vast operational
experience working in all facets of the business internationally. Mr. Meaders has worked on numerous “world class” HDD projects and currently manages field operations for the company.
